We want you to love your art. Every piece from Prestige Wall Art is made to order, printed with care, and quality-checked before it arrives at your door. Because of this, please read our return and refund policy carefully.


1. Made-to-Order Products

All our products are custom printed on demand. This means that each piece is created just for you, so we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Ordering the wrong size or design

  • Accidental duplicate orders


2. Damaged or Defective Items

We will, of course, replace any item that arrives:

  • Damaged during transit

  • Misprinted

  • Incorrect due to production error

To request a replacement:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the damage/issue

  • A brief description of the problem

We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.


3. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at [email protected]. We will work with our print provider and courier to resolve the situation.


4. Refunds (if applicable)

Once a return or issue is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.


5. Cancelling Orders

We start processing your order shortly after it’s placed. If you need to cancel, please contact us within 1 hour of placing your order. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee cancellation if production has already started.


6. Incorrect Address

Please double-check your delivery address before placing an order. If an order is shipped to the wrong address due to incorrect input, we are unable to offer a free replacement or refund.
